TRAC I is a five-day workshop that offers extensive customer service and communication-focused training. The class offers hands-on, practical, and real life experiences that will serve you well when you start your new job.

TRAC II is a five-day workshop with extensive customer service and communication-focused training for experienced customer service workers who want to advance into supervisory roles in their organization.
