Who We Are
Since 1957, Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee has been changing lives through education, training and employment. This mission is supported by the sale of donated goods in our retail and outlet stores. There are many available positions in which you can directly serve our mission. We are a 501(c3) nonprofit organization with its own CEO and governing board of directors based in Nashville. We serve a 48-county territory in middle and west Tennessee. View our locations.

RETAIL |
The sale of donated goods fuels Goodwill’s nonprofit mission, and best-in-class customer service maintains the trust and support of shoppers. Dedicated store team members ensure guests find a vast array of unique, affordable merchandise in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

TRANSPORTATION |
This well-qualified group of drivers, mechanics and others closes the circle between generous donors and treasure-hunting shoppers, moving Goodwill’s mission forward. Extraordinary teamwork and dedication generates on-time service to donations sites and stores.

WAREHOUSE |
Equipment operators, production associates and others working in Goodwill’s Warehouse & Salvage operations do much more than manage merchandise for stores and Outlets. They uphold Goodwill’s commitments to environmental sustainability and stewardship of tens of millions of items generously given by donors.

DONATIONS |
Donation Express Center attendants, supervisors and home pickup team members provide friendly and efficient service for Goodwill’s generous donors, ensuring donated goods quickly reach store racks and shelves where they can be sold to support our mission.

SUPPORT SERVICES |
From Accounting to Human Resources, numerous professionals help more than 1,000 Goodwill employees in locations across middle and west Tennessee to achieve their career objectives, while our Career Solutions team provides free training and employment services for the public.

ONLINE GOODWILL |
Associates with our dynamic online team work to photograph, price, list and ship collectibles, antiques, jewelry, and other unique items sold in auctions at OnlineGoodwill.com as well as books, games and other media sold on other online platforms.
