Retail and Customer Service (Four-Week) Training in Gallatin

Goodwill Career Solutions will begin a cohort of Retail and Customer Service Training on Monday, March 21, at the Goodwill retail store at 670 Nashville Pike in Gallatin. Participants in the paid training program will meet the first week from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Friday. The following three weeks will be 20 hours in a retail store environment with a schedule subject to manager discretion. Participant Requirements
Moderate computer skills needed. Participants must pass the Northstar Computer Basics assessment before enrolling. Participants must register as a Goodwill Client and be on a free service plan with a Career Coach. Participants demonstrate an aptitude for, and interest in, working for retail. You are also encouraged to wear a face mask if you have not been vaccinated for COVID-19.
Benefits To Participants
Paid $200 a week for four weeks.
