A: True Blue Rewards is Goodwill of Middle Tennessee’s new loyalty program for shoppers. It is our way of thanking loyal shoppers for their support of our nonprofit mission: changing lives through education, training and employment.
A: No. In fact, we are one of few. We believe that this is a fun and high-impact way to thank our loyal Middle Tennessee shoppers and look forward to your feedback!
A: True Blue Rewards members receive:
• A $5 off $25 offer when you complete your quick online sign-up.
• Similar offers throughout the year, sent to your cell phone or email.
• Surprise offers could include special sale days, BOGOs, cash rewards and more!
• Advance notice of special sale events.
• A birthday offer — just share your birth month/year in sign-up!
• An anniversary offer on the date you joined True Blue Rewards each year.
• Extra rewards for email subscribers. Be sure to opt-in when you complete your profile!
A: Just complete your quick online profile. You will simply need to provide your name, email, phone and ZIP code. If you provide your birth month/year, you will also receive a birthday reward. There are several ways to get there:

After completing your online profile, you will receive an email and/or text with a $5 off $25 offer to use within 14 days.

A: Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee will act in accordance with all state and federal privacy laws. We will not share your data outside of our True Blue Rewards program, which includes the use of at least two third-party vendors who also follow strict privacy guidelines. A: Simply provide your phone number to the cashier at any Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee location. There are no cards to keep up with.
A: No. There are no points to track or redeem. Instead, you will receive offers and special deals, such as your $5 off $25 sign-up offer.
A: Our goal is to make shopping fun and exciting, not to give you math homework or a balance to check.
A: Membership benefits can be used or accessed at all retail stores (not including Outlets) operated by Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee. A: No. The My Goodwill Rewards program ended on July 15, 2020, and all rewards and discounts connected with that program are no longer valid. Members of the old program must register for True Blue Rewards to begin receiving loyalty benefits. The new program is designed after popular and successful loyalty programs at Goodwills and other retailers across the nation. We believe you will enjoy it and welcome your feedback.
A: No. To allow for us to launch this program and keep other discounts, we have permanently discontinued that sale, which was suspended in early 2020 for COVID safety reasons.
A: Only individuals can join the loyalty program. Businesses are not eligible. If an individual is eligible for tax-exempt status, they also can be a loyalty customer.
A: Your True Blue Rewards account distinguishes you from other shoppers and allows us to tailor rewards and discounts to you and distribute them to you via your responses on the registration form. For example, providing your birth year allows us to send you a special birthday offer.
A: Special offers do expire. You will receive a text and/or email to tell you when your newest offer is live and when it expires. The cashier will not have the ability to alter this expiration or reinstate an expired reward.
A: No. Beginning Dec. 1, our 29 retail stores (Outlets excluded) will offer:

• 50% off Color-of-the-Week tagged items;
• 99 cent color-tagged items on Sundays;
(eligible customers — simply provide your phone number at the register):
• for seniors 60 and up, 20% off their entire purchase on Wednesdays;
• for military, active and inactive, 10% off their entire purchase on Thursdays;
• for teachers, 10% off their entire purchase on Saturdays.
