Goodwill Career and Technical Academy is the mission arm of Goodwill — helping thousands of Tennesseans each year to find meaningful work and build careers.
Many GCTA clients are unemployed, underemployed or face some barrier to employment, such as a disability, a lack of a diploma or a history of incarceration. However, almost all of Goodwill’s numerous programs and services are available to the general public free-of-charge, thanks to the generosity of Goodwill’s shoppers and donors.
