What Items Can You Donate? Acceptable Items for Pick Up

Goodwill’s pick-up service is designed to make donating your gently used items hassle-free. We accept a wide range of items that can be given a second life through our retail stores or recycling programs. Here’s a list of commonly accepted donations:

  • Furniture: Couches, chairs, dining sets, and bookshelves in good condition.
  • Electronics: Working electronics like TVs, computers, and small appliances.
  • Clothing and Accessories: Clean and gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories for all ages and sizes.
  • Houseware: Dishes, kitchen utensils, linens, and decorative items.
  • Books, CDs, and DVDs: Items should be in good condition, and free of significant damage.
  • Sports Equipment: Bicycles, exercise equipment, and outdoor gear.

For the safety of our staff and to comply with legal restrictions, there are items we cannot accept, such as hazardous materials, large appliances, and items in disrepair. Check out our donation page for more information.
