National Retail Federation Custom Service Training (Four Weeks) in Gallatin

Goodwill Career Solutions will begin the next cohort of National Retail Federation Custom Service Training on Monday, Nov. 15. The paid training program will be conducted on site at the Goodwill retail store at 670 Nashville Pike in Gallatin. Participants meet five days a week for four weeks. Participant Requirements
Moderate computer skills needed. Participants must pass the Northstar Computer Basics assessment before enrolling. Participants must register as a Goodwill Client and be on a free service plan with a Career Coach. Participants must demonstrate an aptitude for, and interest in, working for retail.
Benefits To Participants
$200 per week stipend during training. RISE Up NRF Foundation Retail Fundamentals credential (exam cost paid by Goodwill). STAR Program Certificate of Completion. Opportunities to interview for a retail position with Goodwill and National Retail Federation partner companies.
