Goodwill Middle Tennessee Welcomes Six New Board Members 

Goodwill Middle Tennessee is thrilled to announce the addition of six new members to its Board of Directors! These dedicated community leaders are essential partners in fulfilling Goodwill’s mission of changing lives through education, training and employment.  

Joining the Board are: 

Dr. Trish Holliday

Vice President of Human Resources and Chief People Officer

Nashville Electric Service

Dr. Holliday is an educator, speaker, workshop facilitator, and executive coach who champions cultures that promote engagement, retention, and continuous learning. She is a founding partner of Holliday | Kenning Inc., and she is a graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee and Leadership Tennessee. 

Emily Warth

Senior Assistant General Counsel

Asurion

Emily is active in various community organizations, including many local bar associations. She was a recent president of the Lawyers Association for Women (LAW), Marion Griffin Chapter and currently serves on the board of LAW’s Foundation. 

Dr. Craig Philip

Director of Vanderbilt University’s Transportation Research Center and former CEO of Ingram Barge Company. 

Dr. Philip is Research Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining the Vanderbilt faculty in 2015, Dr. Philip spent 35 years in the rail, intermodal and maritime industries, including Conrail and Southern Pacific Railroads. 

Stacey Nikens

Vice President of Corporate Communications

Metro Nashville Airport Authority/BNA

Stacey serves as the airport’s spokesperson and leads internal and external communications, community relations, special events and campaigns, and the Arts at the Airport program. With a background in both public relations and public service, Stacey has helped guide BNA’s transformation from a regional travel hub into a civic destination.

Throughout his career, Dolente has been recognized for his leadership, integrity, innovation, and commitment to public safety at state and national levels.

Maury Wittekind

Senior Financial Analyst

Tractor Supply Company

Maury Wittekind is a Young Leaders Council graduate. At Tractor Supply Company, she works cross-functionally to develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and sales and margin analytics that guide key business decisions. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and recently completed her Master of Business Administration at Belmont University.
