Two years ago, Randall had been out of work for months and needed a job. He decided to turn to Goodwill Career Solutions for help.

During his job hunt, Randall participated in several classes, attended multiple “job jams” and completed his forklift certification. Just a few weeks later, Goodwill offered Randall a full-time job as a forklift operator.

Randall recently celebrated his two year anniversary at work, and he couldn’t be happier. He says, “Goodwill is a true blessing because I was doing everything I could to find work, and they gave me a chance.”

Randall received another blessing just a few months ago when he moved into his very own Habitat for Humanity home. “Because of Goodwill, I can pay my mortgage, and I enjoy getting up every day and going to work,” he says. “Goodwill means everything to me.”
