Patient Care Technician

Goodwill offers a Patient Care Technician Training Program designed to help participants gain the skills needed to begin a career in healthcare. Participants complete 32 hours of training delivered over multiple weeks through classroom instruction, hands-on skills practice, and competency assessments. Training covers patient care, infection control, patient safety, EKG fundamentals, phlebotomy, and workplace readiness.
