THIS 50% OFF FIRST SATURDAY, MARCH 7: PURCHASES AT FIVE GOODWILLS WILL BENEFIT TORNADO VICTIMS

Stores In Hard-Hit Communities Will Donate 10% Of Sale-Day Proceeds To Red Cross Disaster Relief

At Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, our hearts go out to those affected by the March 3 storms that caused devastation and loss of life across the region.

Our team members live and work in some of the hardest hit communities — including Davidson, Wilson and Putnam counties, and several lost homes and property in this tragedy. Many more have friends and family who were affected.

This Saturday, March 7, 10% of all proceeds from our Storewide 50% Off Sale at five stores will be donated to the American Red Cross to support their ongoing disaster relief efforts in Middle Tennessee.

In addition, 100% of funds received by Goodwill’s Round Up program Saturday at those five stores also will be donated to the Red Cross for disaster relief. Round Up gives shoppers the option to round up the price of their purchase to the next dollar and donate their change.

As our communities rebuild, Goodwill will be here to provide free training and employment services for anyone in need of meaningful, sustaining work. Our eight Goodwill Career Solutions Centers are open 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and our phones, computers, Internet and fax services are available to those in need. Meeting spaces may also be available at our centers by reservation. For more information, email training@givegw.org.
